INSTRUCTION


FINAL PROJECT

For our final project, we will need a classmate to be our partner. The reason we need a partner is that we are going to create a website for each other. Our partner will be our client and they will provide all the information. We need to design a website based on what the client want. 

Kyra will be my partner for this project and we choose each other because we know what each other want. Basically, she wants a website for her online comic. She has created a series of interesting and cool characters for her comic and I need to introduce them to the website. The "call of action" for her website will be "read now". 

Before we start, we need to create a mood board to show the lecturer and our client. Below is my Moodboard:

After I showed the mood board to Kyara and the lecturer, I started to design the layout on Adobe Illustrator. Below is my progression:

After showing this to Kyra, she told me to change the font. She wants me to use EXO2 for the website, so I follow what she wants. I tried to apply EXO2 on Adobe Illustrator but due to some issues, EXO2 doesn't work on my AI. I will just skip these issues as we are running out of time, but I will apply it while doing HTML and CSS. Below is my final design for Parallax website, I did some changes as it will be lesser work for me and it does look better.

It was the first time we can all sit in class together after so long since the pandemic. We went through the MIB and we were told that we can conduct the project in 3 ways. Sonic Design Final Project

Yeoh Wen Jun ( 0334234 ) Sonic Design Final Project  INSTRUCTION Week 12 In the final project, it is different from what we did before. Before this, we normally use the free stocks sound effect to conduct our exercises. But this time we will need to record our own sound effects. We were given a variety of videos to choose from. Also, an audio storyboard was prepared by Mr.Razif. The reason to have an audio storyboard is that if we are going to record sound in a studio, we need to save time as it is not cheap. We need to get ready for all the materials and know what sound we need to create. Professional Development Week

Yeoh Wen Jun ( 0334234 ) Professional Development Week Introduction As this is our final semester and we will be graduating very soon, we were asked to learn different knowledge from the people working in the industry and make a report. Hence, we were assigned to take part in the Professional Development Week. Professional Development Week is on week 8 of this semester, and there are many types of workshops provided. In this case, we will need to attend at least 6 workshops which is a total of 6 learning hours. Some workshops were compulsory as it was selected by our Program Director but for the rest, we can choose for ourselves.
